Monday night accelerated workshops taking bookings now - 2011 workshop programme first series. This programme is designed for busy people who like to look, see, then try processes at home. Some hands on is available in some workshops.

Yopu will need to conclude your project at home, but this will start you in the right direction. Starting at 5pm Conclude at 6.30pm	Monday 28th February 2011 Microwave dyeing Code AW2 Watch the demonstration by our staff, and then try it. $15.00, bookings essential, kits available for $35.00 Kit includes silk, dye, DVD 1 set waterproof gloves Starting at 5pm Conclude at 6.30pm	Monday 7th March 2011 Devore - a demonstrationCode AW3 In this demonstartion you will view this toxic process and learn how to approach a devore project. Kit $35.00 includes recipe for chemicals, suitable burnout fabric, gloves and written instructions Starting at 5pm Conclude at 6.30pm
Monday 14th March 2011 Stencilling. Cut a stencil, and make a print. Learn how to make stencil prints, suit fabric or paper. Code AW4 Kit available $20.00 includes stencil cutting kit, paper, fabric to print on access to pastes during session. These dyes have varied application, learn about the versatility an instant dye can bring to your repetoire. All sorts of fabrics can be premanently pleated in one easy process. Kit includes a silk scarf for you to crush,and a DVD walk away with a finished item - kit fee $25.00 Starting at 5pm Conclude at 6.30pm
Monday 11th April 2011 Casting on - casting off. Simple tips for beginner knitters. Start with a good process, and practice your knitting. Code AW8 Hannah French to discuss her approach to taking photos of textiles. Hannah is our in house photographer and video director.
